1. Who We Serve
Maison Brume ritual boxes are available to anyone 18 years of age or older in the United States. Our Phase 1 collection contains herbal botanicals, tea, crystals, candles, and tarot — no cannabis, no controlled substances. Ships nationally with no restrictions.
2. Product Availability
Our Phase 1 ritual boxes ship to all 50 U.S. states. No licensing or jurisdiction verification required. Cannabis versions of each box are planned for future licensed-state rollout — join the waitlist to be notified.
3. Orders & Payment
All prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion. Subscription billing occurs monthly and can be cancelled at any time via your customer portal.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times are 5–10 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Packages are discreetly labeled with no brand markings on exterior packaging.
5. Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened items. If your box arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days at hello@maisonbrume.com and we will make it right.
6. Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to process your order. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required to fulfill your order (payment processors, shipping carriers). See our full Privacy Policy for details.
7. Disclaimer
Ritual products (herbal blends, crystals, tarot, and accessories) are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The ritual experiences described are aspirational and individual results may vary. Herbal blends are for ceremonial and aromatic use. Consult a healthcare provider if you have specific concerns about herbal ingredients.
